2. Peak v Off Peak Pricing

4. Additional Services and Amenities
– Audio-visual equipment:
– Catering kitchen access:
– Security personnel: £30 hour per guard
– Cleaning fee: £200
5. Special Prices
– Wedding package (10 hours, includes setup/teardown, AV equipment):
– Corporate conference package (8 hours, includes AV equipment, coffee service):
– Non-profit event discount: 15% off base rate
Management has the right to refuse without reason.
