I pray you are well and in good health Ameen.

We are in difficult times with the current lockdown, please be safe and take the right precautions as advised by the government.

In light of this Lockdown, we at Raedan-institute in Leicester want to support our communities here. We are indeed in testing times and as a community need to come together with all our brothers and sisters.

We will be delivering essential hygiene packs, which will include toiletries, sanitizer, masks, bacterial wipes etc. We suggest a donation pack which will cost around £25.00 this will provide essentials in these trying times. You are of course able to donate whatever you can.

Thank you to all for your kind words. Feedback is amazing.

Dear Sir

Unexpectedly I was given one of your food boxes with the delivery of my medications.     I cannot tell you how overwhelmed and emotional I was to receive the food.

I am a 74 year old widow.  I have been in voluntary lockdown since the beginning of March, only going out 4 times to the post box.    This decision was made as I have Type 2 diabetes, asthma, acute diverticulitis plus I had major surgery before Christmas for womb cancer.

It is difficult not being able to see friends and my son lives in Hampshire and my daughter near Burton on Trent.   The last time I saw them was over the Christmas period so I am very much looking forward to seeing them sometime.   I have 7 grandchildren between the ages of 4 and 25.

To receive your box meant the World to me.    Somebody was thinking of me and trying to reach out to me.    I cannot thank you enough.   It has been hard trying to do everything on my own but I have managed somehow amongst various mini disasters – 2 long power cuts, plus needing a new washing machine, toaster and bathroom scales as my previous ones died on me.

Many many thanks.

Janice Tilley (Mrs)
