Room and Hall Hire at 2 Overton Road

Our building is in use Monday to Wednesday and Saturdays, and we would rather the rooms were full than empty the rest of the week. Community groups, practitioners, classes and local organisations are welcome to use them.

Step-free access, accessible toilet, Wi-Fi, projector in all rooms, tables and chairs. On-street parking nearby (Centre has limited spaces).

Cost

For community groups and practitioners running something for local people, the room is free and we agree the rest between us, as we do for our Health and Wellbeing sessions. For private and commercial hire, contact us for rates.

How to ask

Email info@raedan-institute.co.uk with what you want to run, for whom, how often and when. We will come back to you within a week. Every hirer signs a short agreement covering safeguarding, insurance, first aid and data on the day.

Conditions

• Anyone running activities for children or adults at risk must hold current DBS checks and show us their safeguarding policy, or work under ours.
• Public liability insurance for the activity, or agreement to be covered under ours where that is possible.
• No alcohol on the premises. Food must be halal.
• Leave the room as you found it.
