Our Team

Raedan is run by a board of volunteer trustees, a small staff team and a team of 10 to 15 volunteers. Here is who does what.

Trustees

Our trustees are legally responsible for the charity. They meet quarterly or as necessary, approve the budget and policies, and hold the staff team to account. None is paid.

Volunteers

Most of what happens at Raedan happens because someone gave their time. Volunteers run the coffee morning, pack food parcels, tutor, coach, greet families at the contact centre and keep the office going. Several started as guests. If you would like to join them, see Become a Volunteer.
